My Story

Sameika is one of my three beautiful daughters. She is fighter who does not know how to give up. After she was diagnosed in June last year, it knocked her down, but not out. She continues to fight, although her time in the hospital kept her out of school a lot, she continues to do well. Her frankness and willingness to express her opinion allowed her to vent whatever anger she experiences during her low points. She is slowly returning to what we used to call normal, gaining strength each day as she molds her pre-teen characteristic. She loves to play soccer; baseball enjoys swimming and art (drawing).
