My Story

Alex is a very hard working young adult who has battled cancer and survived. Just before the age of 6 alex started his bout with cancer. He was diagnosed with Medulloblastoma, After surgery he went through a rigorous chemotherapy regimen followed by strict radiation therapy. To this day he still faces many challenges as a result of the tumor and therapies. He enjoys cooking, and helping out his family. Alex graduated from HS May 2008. He moved to Boise, Idaho and completed training at Life's Kitchen and is now working. (note from mom): Alex I am so proud of you. I am proud of the fact you have continued to work hard through all of your challenges and the up hill battle you have faced and will face. Don't lose this quality! This is for you, to celebrate making it to 18. LOVE YOU!
