Briarra is a beautiful little girl who is full of energy and life. When she enters into a room the spot light seems to always be on her. She is so caring toward others and loves to talk. She enjoys meeting new friends, writing, and playing games. She does not like getting IV's, which she calls "tubies"! Throughout her treatment she was the one that kept our family strong by being HER. Her demeanor never changed. She was still that energetic, wild child we all love.
When we would have to go into the hospital for days or even weeks at a time you would have a hard time keeping her in the room. She never wanted to stay in one room, she had to move around and talk to everyone. The times that she was able to leave her room she would always be at the nurses' station or in the doctors' offices talking to them while drawing them a picture. There was always a smile on her face even through all of her chemo and "bad days". I draw my strength from her; she truly is my Angel.
