Dalton was an amazing little boy. With so much spirit and
personality it was always hard for us to believe that so much
could be happening in that little body of his. All he ever wanted was to
to play, see new things, eat Oreos, but most of all he never passed
up an opportunity to see fish or as he would say "ish". As the
months passed in the hospital he became very attached to his
favorite movie Finding Nemo, and then he discovered his passion
for drawing fish anywhere and everywhere as long as he had a
marker in hand. He certainly became his own little man in just
a few short months. He knew what he liked and what he didn't like
and he would let you know. He liked his worn out blue water shoes,
his cargo shorts and either his Bronco jersey or his Elmo t-shirt,
the rest of the clothes were just clothes. He didn't like radiology.
Dalton taught us so much in the little time that he was here. No
matter the obstacle he always had a smile on his face. There wasn't
much that his blanket, a bottle and a little cuddling couldn't make
better. He without a doubt is and forever will be our hero, but most
of all our best friend. We will always remember what he has taught
us and we will do our best to teach it to others. Because when the
day comes that we see our sweet boy again we want him to be as
proud of us as we are of him! We love you baby boy!
