My Story
Zachary was born an energetic little boy. He was very inquisitive and playful. He was diagnosed with Neuroblastoma in May of 1999. Although he was very sick, he was generally a happy little boy. He loved playing with his big sister Danielle. He loved Buzz Lightyear and Scooby Doo. He enjoyed watching the New York Jets with his Dad. He was definitely Mommy's little boy. He always wanted to be with her. Mom spent every day and night in the hospital with him. While in treatment he was always good for a smile. He always said thank you to the doctors and nurses that helped him. His dream was to swim with the dolphins. Unfortunately in January of 2002 that dream left with him to a better place, as he passed away peacefully in his mother's arms. I feel him watching over me. When the sun beats on my shoulders I know that is him. When the wind blows in my face I know it is Zach. He will forever be in my heart and on my mind. Mommy, Daddy, and Danielle miss you buddy. I know you're out there, somewhere out there, swimming with the dolphins forever.
