Amanda "Mandy" is currently a junior at Borden High School and
Prosser School of Technology in Southern Indiana, where she is
majoring in Cosmetology.
Since her diagnosis, surgery and recovery, Mandy refuses to focus
on "what could have happened," instead taking the second chance
God gave her and making the most of it. She's a beautiful, happy,
loving 16 year old who makes everyone around her thankful they
are a part of her life.
