My Story

I'm Maximus Wilkinson - a brave, resilient, and endlessly strong young fighter. In the face of an unimaginable battle, I have shown nothing but courage. I was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL) in May 2024, and I have been enduring an intense and grueling treatment journey. From spinal taps and bone marrow biopsies to multiple rounds of chemotherapy each week, blood transfusions, and immunotherapy, I am undergoing an intense fight every single day. My treatments require constant hospital visits - both inpatient and outpatient - along with oral chemo at home. Through it all, I continue to fight with a spirit, that I've been told, inspires everyone around me. Thank you for supporting me and the more than 300,000 kids worldwide who will be diagnosed with cancer this year. By sharing the gifts of your time, talent and money with the St. Baldrick's Foundation, you're supporting research to give all kids with cancer a better chance for a cure.
