Ethan was diagnosed with Leukemia when he was 2 1/2 years old.
I don't know that there is anything worse than being told your child has cancer, but almost nine years post-diagnosis, we find ourselves with a lot to be thankful for. Ethan is now eleven years old, in fifth grade, and doing well. He had some ups and downs after his diagnosis which kept him in the hospital for weeks at a time, but he always kept his smile and has been a true inspiration.
Ethan loves to play basketball and flag football and he's a big Minecraft and video game fan. He has been a HUGE Star Wars fan since he was 3 years old. Ethan spends hours building Legos and wants to be a Lego Engineer when he grows up.
Ethan lost his hair to chemo when he was sick, but he shaved for St. Baldrick's for the fifth time last year and had a blast! He is very excited about shaving his head again this year. Please help kids like Ethan live a life where they have the opportunity to achieve their dreams! Kids like Ethan need heroes like you, so please support St. Baldrick's.
Bald is beautiful! Ask Ethan. He knows.
