On January 19, 2022, our little Franco experienced a sudden pre-infarction due to lack of blood and the doctor's diagnosis of Type B Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia left us stunned. With faith in our hearts, I started treatment with chemotherapy, but unfortunately, after a few months, the leukemia reappeared.
Franco's doctor told us there was no effective treatment in Bolivia that could help him. It was then that GOD took control and we decided to seek help abroad, so we arrived in the United States in search of a more advanced treatment to save Franco's life. Franco received a bone marrow transplant that gave him a new chance at life!
Franco's fight to cling to life has shown us the true strength of love, and the importance of maintaining hope in the darkest moments. With your help, we will write a new chapter full of love.
