Tucker’s leg hurt during soccer last fall, so we went to the local Orthofast. After an xray, MRI and biopsy, he was diagnosed with a rare bone cancer, osteosarcoma. He had a tumor inside his femur. He had chemotherapy throughout the fall and had the tumor removed in January. He now has a donor femur, and is getting physical therapy. Tucker continues his chemotherapy treatment through June.
Cancer is a thief that steals joy, weekends, vacations , youth, and loved ones. We must stop it. Thank you for joining St.Balderick’s in supporting the quest for a cure.
