My Story

Thanks to your contributions to organizations like the St. Baldrick's Foundation, Cora is able to get the best possible care by the experts that depend on research grants to develop the treatments that will help Cora Jeane and kids like her survive.Cora began to have feeding difficulties around 4 months and continued to struggle to eat and gain weight for months. At 8 months old she was admitted to the hospital for over a month. In August of 2023 she was diagnosed with a large and inoperable hypothalamic brain tumor. She began chemotherapy in September. She will continue treatment for over a year in hopes that the chemotherapy will destroy the cancer cells in Cora's brain. Cora is very brave, and she is growing and learning every day. She has a laugh that lights up the whole world.
