Hello! My name is Logan, and I am 5 years old. I was born 2 months premature, underwent hernia surgery at 5 months old and then at just 9 months old I was diagnosed with stage 3 Hepatoblastoma (liver cancer to be exact). I spent a long year in a hard battle and have a battle scar to prove it. I am now in kindergarten and will be 4 years cancer free in September 2022 which means I will be in my last year battle to hit the 5 year mark. I had my parents Jess and Shila by my side as well my mimi and papa and a very strong medical team. I am just one of millions of children diagnosed with cancer and with the help of organizations like St. Baldricks and your donations and support more and more funding and research can be put towards advancements for childhood cancer. Remember to wear your GOLD for CHILDHOOD CANCER AWARNESS month in September.
