My Story
Thank you for supporting me and the more than 300,000 kids worldwide who will be diagnosed with cancer this year.
I am a 9 year old girl that was born with a special heart. I went through 5 open heart surgeries the first 3 years of my life. My 5th opens heart surgery was a life saving heart transplant.
A transplant is an exchange of one set of issues for another. Unfortunately because of the medicine I have to take to keep my organ heathy made me susceptible to getting lymphoma. I was diagnosed just a week after Christmas of 2015 with post transplant lymphproliferative disease (PTLD).
I am half way through treatments. Thank you for praying and supporting me!
