Lila was diagnosed with AML when she was only four weeks old. She spent most of the next nine months in the hospital, where she kept smiling through all the difficulties of her treatment. She has now been in remission for nearly five years, and she is officially a leukemia survivor!
Lila is now five years old. She is a fun, smart, loving little girl. She enjoys books, music, dancing, cooking, and playing with her brother and sister. Lila has a wonderful, sunny disposition and she brings our family so much joy!
