On Janurary 27th, 2016, 7-year-old Chloe, who has Down syndrome, was diagnosed with leukemia (ALL). She has started chemotherapy treatments at Yale-New Haven Children's Hospital. Being at the hospital and in treatment was tough on Chloe and her family including her mom, dad, 15 year old brother Xander and 11 year old sister Sadie.
Chloe is a fifth grader at Baldwin Middle School in Guilford, where she is loved by everyone! She is energetic, feisty and creative! Chloe loves dancing, gymnastics and school! She also loves playing with cars, Playmobil people and her iPad. Chloe had quite the journey! Her strong will, silliness and charm helped her as she traveled down the road to recovery!
Thank you for supporting me and the more than 300,000 kids worldwide who will be diagnosed with cancer this year. By sharing the gifts of your time, talent and money with the St. Baldrick’s Foundation, you're supporting research to give all kids with cancer a better chance for a cure.
