Jeremy was in his senior year of high school, having completed a little more than two months of school, when he was diagnosed with ALL (Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia). He has spent over three months in the hospital due to multiple infections and serious drug side effects since his November 2019 diagnosis.
Like most seniors, he was figuring out his aspirations for the future and what path he’d take in college. All of the decisions that come with being a high school senior have been put on hold while he battles this devastating disease.
Jeremy’s interests include music (having played drums for seven years), music production, video games, skateboarding and fashion. He has a analytical mind and a great sense of humor. His outlook and emotional strength has been put to the test on every level since his diagnosis and subsequent health challenges.
No one should have to undergo the pain, discomfort and fear that cancer causes. Jeremy has been forced to dig as deep as humanly possible to gather the courage it takes to continue to fight leukemia and all of the havoc it wreaks. We are incredibly proud of Jeremy as he tries so hard to stay positive through the infections, chemotherapy and all of the side effects involved in this process. He is truly our hero!
