My Story

Thank you for supporting me and the more than 300,000 kids worldwide who will be diagnosed with cancer this year. By sharing the gifts of your time, talent and money with the St. Baldrick’s Foundation, you're supporting research to give all kids with cancer a better chance for a cure. Nathan was born with Neurofibromatosis (NF1) which causes tumors to grow along various types of nerves it also causes tumors to grow anywhere in or out of the body as well as developmental delays, learning disabilities, curvature of the spine and cancer.  April 2013 Nathan was diagnosed with an optic Glioma brain tumor, he started chemotherapy in May 2013 and ended chemo June 13th 2014. His tumor is stable, but still causes him complications. He has MRIs every 3 months to make sure his tumors not growing and no more have appeared. Nathan has been so strong and brave he does every treatment with a huge smile on his face. We are so incredibly proud of him he is a hero to so many people! He has endured so much in his 9 short years... More then some do in a lifetime. We admire his strength, bravery, and courage everyday! You can find out more about NF at www.CTF.org
