My Story

Jack the Strong is twin brother to Maddy the Brave. He was diagnosed with Wilms' Tumor Stage II at age two and a half, 4 months after his sister was diagnosed with the same cancer. Unlike his sister, thank God, his cancer was contained in his kidney and the kidney was removed. He went through six months of treatment and now has been cancer free for over three years. He was a terrible patient, who emotionally had difficulty recovering from his treatment, but he was and always is an amazing support to his sister. Jack loves going to school, drawing, building, playing, but his favorite activity is eating! He as an amazing appetite for all foods healthy. A parent could not ask for a sweeter boy. Thank you for honoring our son!
