My Story

Thank you for supporting me and the more than 300,000 kids worldwide who will be diagnosed with cancer this year. By sharing the gifts of your time, talent and money with the St. Baldrick's Foundation, you're supporting research to give all kids with cancer a better chance for a cure.  When I was 3 years old I came home from pre- school and I went to the bathroom and I was urinating blood. From there we went to the local E.R. and we were referred to Palmetto  Richland Children's Hospital, where we then discovered that I had a Wilms Tumor and I had my right kidney removed and had a port placed, and was treated with 24 rounds of chemo and 9 rounds of radiation, it was tough but I fought threw. I am now a proud survivor, and  I am sharing my story with you because I am living proof that survivorship is possible.
