My Story

At a follow up visit after being treated for pneumonia in August 2018, an x-Ray revealed a mass in Gabriel’s chest. He was sent to the emergency room and in the early morning hours of September 1 was transported via ambulance to CHoP. He was admitted to their oncology ward later that day, and on September 4 Gabe was diagnosed with Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. With the support of his family and community, Gabe has completed 6 rounds of chemotherapy (2 inpatient) and is currently undergoing proton radiation therapy.
