Fiona...
I'm trying to think of the right words to say about this amazing little girl.
Fiona was born on Christmas Day in 2008. Two years later, she was diagnosed with Leukemia. Since that day, she has spent more time in hospitals than anyone should EVER have to. This video to your right was taken in a hospital chair, just trying to make her laugh!
Even as I write this, she is not only battling Leukemia, but is also fighting pneumonia AND a viral infection. All this, while going through Chemo Therapy!
Tough? This young lady DEFINES tough!
And all this...she does with a smile.
Every uncle thinks his niece is an angel.
I'm lucky. Mine actually is.
Update (10/25/17):
Thanks to her amazing strength, family and friends, doctors and nurses, and organizations like St. Baldrick's, Fiona is a happy and healthy 8 year old young lady!
She is active in Tae Kwon Do, works hard in school, and is living and loving her life.
Count your blessings! Love and light to you all!
