Hi, my name is Colleen Buhrfiend. I am 8 years old. Right after I turned 8 years old I was diagnosed with a Wilm's tumor on my right Kidney. Thank goodness they took it out on January 16! I am now undergoing chemotherapy to get rid of all the bad tumor cells. I am now 8 / 13 treatments done. But I was starting to loose my hair so much that we decided to shave my head on March 24. It was the best thing I did, I feel and look so great! Thank you for supporting me and the more than 300,000 kids worldwide who will be diagnosed with cancer this year. Update 2016I am now cancer free, in remission and my hair is growing back!  I still see my oncologist at Lurie Children's Hospital in Chicago as followup.  I am feeling great and will never look back!  Thank you to St Baldrick's for all your support of me and ALL kids with cancer!
