Ansley was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia on January 25, 2019 after her mom took her to the pediatrician for a check up because she was very pale and seemed tired. Her doctor sent her to the emergency room because her RBC count was really low. From the ER, Ansley was sent to UNC Children’s Hospital, where she had a port placed and started chemo.Ansley has a long road ahead of her, but she’s a fighter! We thank you for your support of Ansley and the over 300,000 children who will be diagnosed with childhood cancer this year. You’re supporting research to give all kids with cancer a better chance for a cure.
