Caitlyn is 14 years old and has been a fighter since day one. She was diagnosed at age seven with a very rare form of pancreaticblastoma. She has gone through so much in the last seven years. She is strong and is stubborn and refuses to let cancer win. Caitlyn has had had 5 major surgeries including a port placement. She has gone through 8 months of chemotherapy and 5 weeks of radiation. She has endured horrible side effects that have come along with the surgeries, chemo and radiation. She has never had a childhood. She has lost out on everything it means to be a child. Throughout this journey she lost a lot of hair but never went bald. During this she realized that hair, is just hair. It doesn't mean anything in the big scheme of things. So she has decided to give back to others in this fight and shave for the brave! Please sponsor Caitlyn in this new exciting journey!
