We helped to raise money for childhood cancer research

When kids with cancer are declared cancer-free, their cancer journey isn’t over. Survivorship is a long road. By the time they are 50, more than 99% of childhood cancer survivors have a chronic health problem, and 96% have had severe or life-threatening conditions. Kids pay a high price for becoming cancer-free. The treatments that saved their life can cause heart disease, hearing loss, infertility, cognitive issues, secondary cancers and more – not to mention the mental and emotional toll. Hanna lost her leg, hip, and half of her pelvis to osteosarcoma. Sully was recently diagnosed with angiosarcoma, likely caused by all the radiation he had to kill the last cancer. Arianna struggles with osteoporosis, nutritional deficiencies, and lung damage. And Justin had surgery to rotate his lower leg, so his ankle now serves as his knee joint. And these are among the lucky ones, because they are still with us today. But kids deserve better than to survive; they deserve to thrive. YOU can make that possible for children with cancer by supporting research to find better treatments.
