What could possibly be more important than saving the life of a child?
That’s what this fundraiser is all about: supporting childhood cancer research. Since the pandemic, donations are down sharply, which is a big deal since the St. Baldrick’s Foundation is the largest non-government supporter of childhood cancer research grants.
Maddin wanted to help her school raise money for childhood cancer. Since she already cut her hair and donated it, she decided to try to read 100 books in 2 weeks as a “Do your own Challenge.”
We told her that we would give her $1 for every book she read, but we were hoping that we could double that amount with the help of some family and friends.
If you could spare a dollar or 2, please consider donating to St. Baldrick’s. Maddin would be so appreciative of your support! ❤️
Your donation will help find cures and give survivors the long and healthy lives they deserve. Can you help? Thank you!
