This is my Beautiful Wife: Lisa Ann Maloney. I lost Lisa to Cancer on March 20th, 2016. When we were initially diagnosed, we were already Stage 4, and the cancer was metastatic, which means that it was spreading and already attacking many of Lisa’s vital organs. Still, my wife, (who is Forever My Hero) and I, with the help of the great people of Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, battled cancer valiantly for about 11 months. To say, that I fell Even More in Love with My Wife, after watching her determination and courage on a daily basis; is the Understatement of a lifetime! And, at this point, I am just grateful that Lisa chose me to be her husband and that God chose me to take care of His Angel , Lisa! Even before Lisa was diagnosed, or ill, she and I were already involved with St. Baldrick’s Fundraising! I would Run the Marathons and Races, and Lisa would plan Fundraiser Pages and be my support team on the race course. This year we are again taking on The Bermuda Triangle of Races! 3 Races in 3 Days January 18th-20th, 2019: 20.3 Miles Total with 13.1 Miles of Hilly terrain and fun on Sunday Morning! Last year we Raised OVER $67,000 to HELP KIDS WITH CANCER!!! Lisa loved the St. Baldrick’s Mission! So many of our Friends and Donors have supported St. Baldrick’s every year and I hope that Even More will join the Growing Army of people who want to HELP KIDS BATTLE CANCER & Help All people to Rise Up and Beat this horrible Disease! Many Thanks to Allied World’s: Matt Hansen & AIG’s: Mike Almskog, who plan to Run with me Again this year. And thanks to those in Bermuda, or who travel there to support, like: Anthony (“Lead Pipe”) Lombardo, Mike Hoffmann, Diana Logodicio, and of course: “The Brooklyn Bermudian”: Len Romeo – whether he Runs or not, Lisa & I have always been Grateful for Len’s Support! Please Donate if you Can; Helping Kids Battle Cancer means Everything to Lisa and I, and we will be eternally Grateful! Many Thanks, Kev
