We helped to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Brevard's Bravest at 15th Annual Space Coast Conquers @ The Avenue Viera

Join me for a family-style vinyasa flow class as we celebrate strength, courage, and hope for kids battling cancer. 


This donation-based class supports the St. Baldrick’s Foundation, helping fund critical research to beat childhood cancer. Expect a class full of empowering warrior poses and movements, reminding us of the resilience we share in supporting this meaningful cause. 


Dress the part! Wear your green, shamrocks, or St. Patrick’s Day attire to fully embrace the theme: “Channel your inner shamrock chakras and be warriors to help beat childhood cancer!” 


This class is the perfect prelude to the Pre-party at Intracoastal Brewing Company, leading up to the big head-shaving event at The Avenues. All levels and all ages are welcome—bring the whole family, your friends, and anyone looking to give back while moving their bodies in support of a brighter future! 


Donations: All proceeds go to the St. Baldrick’s Foundation to help kids battling cancer.
