Event Details

Over the past 8 years, the New-Hope Solebury community has raised over 1.2M for Pediatric Cancer Research.

Our Story:
>>>>What began as a small community event to honor two classmates, Ethan Toohey (forever 15) and Robert Nagg (forever 17),  who each lost their battle with pediatric cancer has turned into one of the largest St. Baldrick's events Nationwide.  Over the past 8 years, the New-Hope Solebury community has raised over 1.2M for Pediatric Cancer Research.

>>>>Over the years, our event has expanded to include cancer warriors like Molly Worner (forever 13) and Dominic Liples (forever 8) . Dominic's legacy continues to live on not only in our hearts and memories, but through a HERO fund  set up through the St. Baldrick's Foundation.  100% of all Dominic's donations go towards funding research for High Grade Gliomas, some of the fastest growing, and most aggressive forms of pediatric cancers--for where there is no known cure. Brain Cancers, specifically High Grade Gliomas took the lives of our Robert, Molly and Dominic.

>>>>Since 2106 the Pray for Dominic Hero Fund has raised over $465,985. By supporting our event, you are literally helping to save lives!
________________________________________________________________________
Our Event Mission:
Nurture Community Engagement while Raising Awareness & Funding, so that we can one day, find a cure for Pediatric Cancers.

About Our Event:
>>>>The New Hope Solebury St. Baldrick’s annual event is held each May from 10am-3pm at the New Hope-Solebury Upper Elementary School, with 2 alumni soccer games immediately following to honor our very own Robert Nagg.

Our event is FREE to the public and includes a multitude of activities:

>>>Our main stage event features our shavees and donate 8" team with our team of skilled barbers and stylists.  Our "shavees"  raise money to either shave their heads, or donate 8" of  hair in solidarity of kids in treatment.

>>>Our other festivities include: carnival games, 3 v 3 basketball, face painting, arts & crafts, silent auction, raffle baskets, shopping vendors, DJ and food trucks throughout the day.

>>>Keep the kids occupied all day with our all-access wristband  for all festivities for kiddos including  12 carnival games, arts and crafts, face painting, and bounce houses (weather permitting).
Wristband pricing: $25/first child,  $40/2 kids, $50/3 or more kids

There is something for everyone! and most importantly, 100% of all proceeds raised goes directly to the St. Baldrick's Foundation.

St. Baldrick’s Honored Kids

Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research. We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
