Event Details

Our son should be turning 13 this May. Cancer took him from us way to soon and we hope you will help us honor David Heard's memory by raising money for the Foundation he loved so much! Join this St. Baldrick's event, and whether you decide to shave your head, volunteer, or donate, we hope you'll be a part of the excitement. Our goal is 100 heads shaved and at least $20,000 raised for rsearch. The St. Baldrick's Foundation is a volunteer-driven charity that funds more in childhood cancer research grants than any organization except the U.S. government. Get involved and you'll be giving hope to infants, children, teens and young adults fighting childhood cancers. Michael Perry helped us shave heads at the Richard's Drive-In Event, he lovingly shaved David's hair when it fell out from chemo, he lovingly and creatively colored David's hair when it grew back, he has loved and cared for Daisy's hair and has helped me go through so many hair "phases" for years. Now his NEW salon wants to celebrate with us by giving back to the Foundation David loved so much. St. Baldrick's is changing the outcomes for kids diagnosed with cancer. Join us to fund research for all childhood cancers!
