Event Details

Be a hero for kids with cancer! Join our St. Baldrick's event--TakeASwingAtCancer--and whether you decide to shave your head, volunteer, or donate, we hope you'll be a part of the excitement! Opening ceremonies will start promptly at 12:45 pm and our first set of shavees will take the stage at 1:00 p.m.!  We are very fortunate to be working with great sponsors and partners to help us make this a successful and entertaining event.   Please be sure to join us. We have received a Proclamation from Mayor Greg Fischer's office!  We are grateful for this special recognition. If you haven't picked your shave time yet, please do so asap to ensure our event runs smoothly. The St. Baldrick's Foundation is a volunteer-powered charity that funds more in childhood cancer research grants than any organization except the U.S. government. Get involved and you'll be giving hope to infants, children, teens and young adults fighting childhood cancers!  Be sure to check out our event page on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/stbaldville/  Thanks, and see you soon! St. Baldrick’s Honored Kids

Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research. We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
