In-person event:
Date: Saturday, April 24th, 2021
Time: 10am - 3pm. We are going to have shavees come in small waves to limit the number of people at the event at any given time. If you are interested in participating in the in-person event, please contact me with what time you would like to come.
Place: Main Mall/UT Tower (110 Inner Campus Drive)
Details: Due to COVID, we are not permitted to have barbers at the event. We are asking in-person shavees to bring a close family member or friend to shave their head for them; we will provide all the necessary equipment, including clippers. No worries if you can’t bring anyone; we will accommodate you :).
We will be implementing safety measures, such as social distancing, mask-wearing, hand sanitizing, etc.

Virtual:

You can decide to shave at any time that works best for you. 
There are multiple ways to shave virtually: privately, YouTube or Facebook livestream, or through a virtual head-shaving party event. 
If you are interested in live streaming your shave, let me know and I can email you a helpful St. Baldrick's Guide.

We as an organization (S.M.I.L.E.) are doing a fundraiser this year! We have received donations, such as gift cards and gift baskets, from businesses in the Austin area that we will be using in a giveaway/raffle. In the upcoming weeks, I will send a list of all the available items, which you can share with your friends and family. More details to follow.
