Event Details

Thank you for your support! Unfortunately, we are unable to accept new participants due to ticket limitations. We encourage you to check out and register for any of the other upcoming North Carolina events. Thank you for your understanding in this unique situation! The Carolina Hurricanes are once again supporting the St. Baldrick's Foundation. The team, in conjunction with 96rock, is offering fans free tickets to its game against the New York Rangers on February 22, if they are willing to raise money for childhood cancer research by having their locks shorn for St. Baldrick's prior to the game. The Hurricanes have reserved 150 sets of four tickets for the game against the Rangers to encourage fans to support St. Baldrick's, and each fan who shaves his or her head will receive four tickets to that night's game, while supplies last. Beginning at 4:30 pm, 96rock talent will be on hand, assisting a team of stylists in the head shaving activities on stages at the RBC Center's South Lawn (side that faces the football stadium). FOX Sports Carolinas television analyst Tripp Tracy will shave his head live at ice level by childhood cancer patients during the second intermission of the game that night. Tripp’s head-shaving will also be shown live during the Hurricanes game broadcast on FOX Sports Carolinas. We thank the Carolina Hurricanes for being heroes for kids with cancer!

St. Baldrick’s Honored Kids

Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research. We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
