Event Details

Be a hero for kids with cancer and remember the legacy that David Heard left behind (May 2, 2000- February 10, 2011). His final wish was a cure for all childhood cancers and this event supports his Hero Fund and mission.

Join this St. Baldrick's event, and whether you decide to shave your head, volunteer, or donate, we hope you'll be a part of the excitement during the Lafayette College men's basketball game. We shave starting at half-time and welcome college teams, neighbors and the entire community at Kirby Athletic Center. Debonare Hair Designs will be shaving the heads again for another year!

The Lafayette College Athletic Team to raise the most money will receive the coveted FUNDRAISING MEDALLION! Currently it resides with the men's lacrosse team and in 2018 the women's lacrosse team earned it. Who is it going to be this year? Get your teams together and let's raise that money for the research and support kids who need cures now!

The St. Baldrick's Foundation is a volunteer-powered charity that funds more in childhood cancer research grants than any organization except the U.S. government.

Get involved and you'll be giving hope to infants, children, teens and young adults fighting childhood cancers!

St. Baldrick’s Honored Kids

Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research. We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
