Event Details

Get ready to Brave the Shave! UTMB is hosting its first-ever St. Baldrick’s event, joining the fight against childhood cancer in a bold (and bald) way. Whether you’re shaving your head in solidarity, donating to the cause, or just cheering on your classmates and faculty, every contribution helps fund life-saving pediatric cancer research through St. Baldrick’s, the largest charity funder of childhood cancer research grants. You’ll be giving hope to thousands of kids diagnosed with cancer every day—from babies and toddlers to children, teens, and young adults. In fact, you’ll be saving lives!.

This isn’t just a haircut—it’s a statement of support for kids battling cancer, many of whom lose their hair during treatment. So, grab your friends, embrace the buzz, and let’s make a difference, one shave at a time!

Ready to take the plunge? Sign up, donate, or show your support today! ✨?

St. Baldrick’s Honored Kids

Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research. We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
