We are back yet again! UNMC is celebrating our 9th year hosting the head shaving event to help Be a hero for kids with cancer! Please join this St. Baldrick's event, something that is near and dear to our hearts as we stand in solidarity every day with these children and their families. Hope to see you there! And as always, Dr. Gordon and Dr. Coulter kick off the event shaving their heads - and we will have some of our little heros fighting help shave their heads to start off the event!!!  In addition, one of our female shavees, Jordan, is back for the THIRD time and has already raised over $5,000! Amazing! Whether you decide to shave your head, volunteer, or donate, we hope you'll be a part of the excitement. The St. Baldrick's Foundation is a volunteer-driven charity that funds more in childhood cancer research grants than any organization except the U.S. government. By helping us spread the word - you'll be giving hope to infants, children, teens and young adults fighting childhood cancers.
