Be a hero for kids with cancer!
Please join Doug Vairo of New York School of Real Estate for this fantastic St. Baldrick's event on Friday 9/18 at 4:15PM VIA Zoom Webinar.
(Stay Safe) Whether you decide to shave your head, volunteer, or donate, we hope you'll be a part of the excitement!
Rob Tuzzo and Madeep Kaur have EACH donated $1,000 to shave my head! They will each start by making a cut down the middle of my head at the same time!!!!
If you want to be the person to shave ONE of my sideburns..... A small donation of $250 will do it! $250 for the second one! TOO Late.... Willie-Mae Perry has donated for one sideburn and Charles Weinraub has donated for the other.
I wanted to auction off shaving my eyebrows for $750 each but my daughter-in-law Joanne nixed that idea! Since I love her to death..... I have to concede that one. STOP the PRESS! Change in status. We have $750 donated for one eyebrow and Joanne said OK! Kevin Lahm (like a son to me) has donated $750 to shave ONE eyebrow! His girlfriend Karla wants to use tweezers on half my eyebrow. And she likes me too? LOL
We are having a CE class for Real Estate Agents from 12PM - 4:00PM then at 4:15PM.... We get to shavin' heads! The class will be trained by Charles Weinraub, real estate investor from Long Island. The class is Real Estate Investing for Real Estate Agents. 3.75 NY State CE Credits! The class is FREE.... but you must register using the following link.......

This class and shaving event will be held at the TILRE Success Solutions
35 Melville Park Road
Suite. 400
Melville, NY 11747 NY.
The Holy Trinity Church in Bellrose was our original location. They were kind enough to donate their space for us. Thank you Carol Robinson and team. Maybe next year?
The church runs a food bank for the hungry. If you would like to bring a can of soup or box of cereal for the needy, please do.
BARBERS? Karen Harrigan and Dominique Bower have volunteered to do the honors! Look at her profile. Karen is one of my students at the real estate classes and when I mentioned that I was going to do this event she did not hesitate to yell out that she would volunteer to be the barber. Thank you Karen... and Thank you Dominique
We will be sending invitation to attend the CE class separate from invitations for the St. Baldricks event. If you are a real estate agents you are welcome to attend both.
We would love to see you at this event however we understand that it may not be possible. No problem. If you would like to help us reach our goal of $5,000 please donate a few dollars for the prevention of childhood cancer. Allow me to thank you in advance.
With close to 55,000 real estate agents, CPA's, CFP's and Attys in my school database in addition to all the loan officers in my circle, I am hoping we can hit the goal of $5,000.
I have had many people beg me not to shave my hair. Hey, I like my hair for sure and hopefully it will grow back. But if it doesn't, so what! If you were to ask me if we able to cure one child's cancer but I had to be bald for the rest of my life.... SIGN ME UP NOW! Oh wait, I am signed up.
PLEASE watch to the event...... we will have fun.
Luc Kordas is a videographer that I have hired in the past for some of my class videos. When I asked Luc if he would volunteer his time and video this event he did not hesitate one second to join the team. Thank you Luc.
Also, Bill Moseley, a real estate agent who attends my CE classes volunteered to videotape the event also. WOW.... This is really going to be AWESOME!
I also want to thank my good friends, Taylor Aplperin and Leo Lahm volunteering to be the Treasurers.
And finally, ONE brave sole who will be SHAVING HIS HEAD ALSO...... Dale Davids. Dale cannot make the event but I asked him to send a video of his daughter shaving his head for us.... and he did!!!! Thanks Dale
The St. Baldrick's Foundation is a volunteer-powered charity that funds more in childhood cancer research grants than any organization except the U.S. government.
Get involved and you'll be giving hope to infants, children, teens and young adults fighting childhood cancers!
Thanks again,
Doug Vairo / New York School of Real Estate
