Event Details

Join the Des Plaines Firefighter Union -Local 4211- at the Beacon Tap on May 26th to raise money for a good cause! There will be barbers and stylists from Triple B Salon donating their skills and time to shave our heads for kids' cancer awareness! Don't want to shave your head? There are plenty of other ways to raise awareness! We will be raffling off local donations, 50/50 raffle, and plenty of great food/drink to buy! Can't make the event? Feel free to donate via the website, every penny counts!

St. Baldrick’s Honored Kids

Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research. We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
