We did it!  Another year down as a success!  Thank you to everyone who helped in any fashion to make this even another success and helping to raise money for childhood cancer research.

Join us to have some fun – and be a hero for kids with cancer!

With COVID so much has changed in how we need to do events to keep everyone safe.  Our Event will be June 5th at the Candor American Legion Pavilion.   As in the past we will be having a 5K in the morning and the shave event in the afternoon.  We are in hopes we can bring the event back with a great turn out.  New this year will be a vendor fair from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm  we are looking for interested vendors to join our event.  June is a great time of the year to get a "hair cut/shave!"  If you are interested in helping with the event, just contact one of the event organizers on this page.
To register as a shavee - hit the shavee tab, to register as a 5K participant hit the Fundraiser participant or hit the shavee tab and scroll to the bottom to event volunteer.  To participate in the 5K there is a $15.00 registration fee.  If you want an event shirt it's $25.00.  You can pay these fees as a donation.   IF you are having a hard time negotiating this site, email me at candorstbaldricks@gmail.com and I'll register you.  Personally I'm having a hard time with the site this year.

During the pandemic, kids were still being diagnosed with cancer, but donations to support research have been down drastically. We can change that – and save lives!

We can help the biggest non-government funder of childhood cancer research grants do more to speed up the search for cures.

Whether you decide to shave your head, volunteer to raise money another way, or make a donation, please join us to give kids with cancer the long, healthy lives they deserve.

St. Baldrick’s Honored Kids

Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research. We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
