Event Details

                               FINAL EVENT INFORMATION!
 March 26th at Cherry Road Elementary School
Session Times:
8:30 - 10:30 2nd/3rd grade Boys and Girls
10:30 - 1:30 4th/5th grade Boys and Girls
1:30 - 4:00 6th/7th grade Boys and Girls
4:00 - 6:00 8th/9th grade Boys

--Enter Cherry Road School on Maple Road side of building
--Arrive at least 15 minutes ahead of session time.
--Only team captain needs to register and pick up team t-shirts
--Teams may finish play before the duration of the age group time slot
--Spectators are welcome and encouraged
--We recommend your team comes in coordinating colors/jerseys
--50/50 raffle
--Concession stand (CASH ONLY)

TOURNAMENT RULES
--Great sportsmanship from players and spectators is expected, toward other players, spectators and most especially the referees, who are all volunteers!
--Games are quarter quart, half court for 8/9
-10 minute running time games for 2/3 grade division, 15 minutes running time games for all others
- ELAM ending, after regulation minutes are up, target score is set 1 or 2 points higher than leading score, the teams then continue play until one reaches the target score
- Scored by is only, except 8/9 division
- Take backs to basketball spot on side courts, 3 point line on half courts
- All out of bounds, fouls, or start of possessions start at the top of the key
- Have to pass the ball in to start possession
- No possession (team that scores does not get the ball back)
- ⅔ division play on 9 foot hoops
- All girls plus 2-5 grade boys play with 28.5 ball
-Teams can substitute freely since not all teams have subs
- Double elimination, consolation games will be available but teams are not required to play
- Multiple refs will oversee each court

FUNDRAISING
--At 8 a.m. on event day we will determine the fundraising winners in the following categories: 1 overall top fundraiser, 1 top team in each age group (2nd/3rd, 4th/5th, 6th/7th, 8th/9th)
--Fundraising pages however remain open even after the event is over and donations can continue to be made
