I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Team Crowell

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Team Crowell

When I was 15, my friend Beka Dean died from childhood cancer. I felt incapable of doing anything to help her. I wish St. Baldrick's existed then! Today, though, I am able to help find cures for others like her, for the children of my friends, for my students. Please join me in this fight for the cure.

For the fourth time, I'm shaving my head to raise money for childhood cancer research! I believe that childhood cancer can be cured.  Did you know that treatments for childhood cancers have improved to the point that 5-year survival rates are over 80 percent?

Did you know that kids' cancers are different from adult cancers? It's true. And childhood cancer research is extremely underfunded. So I decided to do something about it by raising money for cures.

Now I need your help! Will you make a donation? Every dollar makes a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers.
