I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Cindys Crusaders

I'm shaving my head to raise money for childhood cancer research. Cancer has personally affected me. Half of my dads family have passed away from it. Family members of friends have passed away from it and unfortunately on September 26, 2013 my own momma Cindy Killingsworth became a victim of this horrid disease. She was so proud and honored that my husband, son and I did this last year. When she started her radiation they asked her if she would like to be a part of a program that tests her on the new chemo that comes out and her response was," If it can save a child or anyone who has cancer and helps them beat it then yes sign me up." My momma, my hero. I dedicate any future shavings I do to honor her memory. I love and miss you momma.
