I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

Hi. My name is Jaxson Bretzlaff and I'm taking a step to raise awareness and funds for St. Baldrick's, a foundation dedicated to conquering childhood cancers. On March 13th, I'm shaving my head in solidarity with the brave kids battling this disease. My inspiration for this challenge comes from my grandfather, Gary Purucker. He's been a huge part of the strength and joy in my life, and seeing him face cancer was a wake-up call. Starting in his lungs, the cancer spread into his bones and eventually into his liver. It made me realize the incredible courage it takes to fight cancer, especially as a child. That's why I'm joining St. Baldrick's in this fight. Shaving my head might seem like a small act, but it symbolizes the sacrifice and vulnerability these children experience. Every dollar raised brings us closer to a future where no one dies of cancer. This journey is personal, but I can't do it alone. I need your support to reach my fundraising goal of $5,000. Your donation, big or small, will directly fund life-saving research and support families struggling with childhood cancer. Together, we can make a difference. Please donate what you can. Share my story with your friends and family. Let's show these kids that they're not alone in this fight.
