Michael was born on 12/1/2005. At the age of 2 1/2, on 9/17/2008, Michael woke up from his nap and was rushed to the doctor, spent 15 nights inpatient and had 5 surgeries during that time. He was diagnosed with Unclassifiable Brain and Spine tumors, which is really medical-ese for , Unknown tumors coating his entire brain and spine. He is currently being treated at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in NYC. Michael has a big sister, Katie, and a little brother, Timmy. He LOVES Sesame Street, Disney, playing on the computer and reading books. :) Michael and all of the kids diagnosed with cancer deserve the chance to live LONG & HEALTHY lives!!
