I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

I'm shaving my head to raise money for childhood cancer research! Did you know that kids' cancers are different from adult cancers? It's true. And childhood cancer research is extremely underfunded. So I decided to do something about it by raising money for cures. Now I need your help! Will you make a donation? Every dollar makes a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers. My friend's young son, who I witnessed being born into this world, is courageous enough to step up and participate. If a young man of his age can willingly raise money for a worthy cause, I can surely follow in his footsteps. If I reach my goal of $1,000, I will GLADLY shed my hair. My hair will grow back; the hair of a child who has undergone treatment for cancer may not be able to say the same. Bald is beautiful, if it's intentional or a side effect of treatment. I welcome the need for sunscreen on my pate.
